Point Loma
The recessed planter is lined with a concealed pond liner and filled with fine pea gravel, hiding an automated irrigation system that waters the plants from below. As moisture slowly evaporates upward through the gravel, it creates a gentle microclimate of humidity that helps the atrium garden thrive.

For this project we installed a custom triple Brachychiton bonsai in an antique limestone vessel. The roots are intentionally exposed, creating a dramatic sculptural form that feels both organic and architectural.
